ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

(LA-V(1)/14990413/2026)

No. VI(1)/443(b-1)/2026.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be

acquired for “Widening from Two lane to Four lane, Strengthening and Improvements including widening

of Kodambakkam – Sriperumbudur Road Km 6/7 – 11/10 including Formation of Kundrathur bypass Road

Km 0/0-2/0 (SH-113)” at Kerugambakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it having already been

decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands acquired for Kodambakkam – Sriperumbudur Road

Extension and Widening is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), (C & M),

Kancheepuram. After having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands

if any, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 10417 Sq.mtrs., to the

same, a little more or less needed for “Widening from Two lane to Four lane, Strengthening and Improvements

including widening of Kodambakkam – Sriperumbudur Road Km 6/7 – 11/10 including Formation of Kundrathur

bypass Road Km 0/0-2/0 (SH-113)” at Kerugambakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

The Plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Highways

Kancheepuram and Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA) Highways, Unit – 3, Kancheepuram may be inspected on any

day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below

to be acquired for the “Construction of High Level Bridge Across the River Coovam at Km 0/2-4 of Korattur -

Thinnanur - Periyapalayam Road (SH-5OA)” in Korattur A & Koodapakkam Villages, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur

District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid

out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai - 2

after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may

be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 5070 Sq.mtrs of Dry &

Wet Lands in Survey No. 28/1A1 & etc., for the “Construction of High Level Bridge Across the River Coovam at Km

0/2-4 of Korattur - Thinnanur - Periyapalayam Road (SH-5OA)” in Korattur A & Koodapakkam Villages, Poonamallee

Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
