EXEMPTION OF PROJECT I.E. "IMPROVEMENTS TO GANDIPET-SHANKERPALLY ROAD FROM
KM. 0/0 TO 23/050 IN RANGAREDDY DISTRICT".

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana
Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e "Improvements
to Gandipet-Shankerpally Road from Km. 0/0 to 23/050 in Rangareddy District", from the application of the provisions
of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013". It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in
finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.
The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,
accordingly.
EXEMPTION OF PROJECT I.E. "CONSTRUCTION OF MINOR BRIDGE WITH 2V OF 10.37 M SPAN RCC
SLAB AT KM 12/4 ON DICHPALLY- NIZAMABAD ROAD IN NIZAMABAD DISTRICT".

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana
Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e "Construction
of Minor Bridge with 2V of 10.37 m span RCC slab at Km 12/4 on Dichpally-Nizamabad Road in Nizamabad
District", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013". It is also
certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.
The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,
accordingly.

ROAD FROM KM 4/660 TO 8/4 IN WARANGAL TOWN IN WARANGAL DISTRICT (WARANGAL
URBAN).

RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013". It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of
land required for the above project.

6/250) FROM 2 LANE TO 4 LANE IN NIZAMABAD DISTRICT".
