EXEMPTION OF PROJECT "CONSTRUCTION OF HLB AT KM 11/6-8 ON GAMLAPUR - SIRIKONDA

VIA THAKKALLAPALLY ROAD KARIMNAGAR DIST (OLD)" FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE

PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER-II AND III OF THE RFCTLA & R&R ACT, 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & R&R (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project "Construction

of HLB at Km 11/6-8 on Gamplapur - Sirikonda via Thakkallapally road in Karimnagar Dist (Old)" for the from the

application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & R&R Act, 2013.

The CE(R&B) RR Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.

EXEMPTION FOR THE PROJECTS UNDER NH IN THE STATE OF TELANGANA FOR (18 WORKS)

FROM THE APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS OF THE CHAPTER-II AND CHAPTER-III OF THE

RFCTLA & RR - ACT, 2013.

In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettilement (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), The

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the following (18) projects from the

application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act, it is also certified that all efforts have been

made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said projects.

Haliya section of NH-167 for a length of 40.579 Km to 2 lane with Paved shoulders configuration under

NH (O) through EPC mode.

Widening and Strengthening of NH. 167 from Km 227/6 to 283/0 in Haggari-Raichur-Jadcherla section

under corridor approach.
