EXEMPTION OF INTEGRATED COLLECTORATE COMPLEX, MANCHERIAL.

[G.O.Ms. No.28, Revenue (Assignment-I), 8^th February, 2018.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR

(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the

Integrated Collectorate Complex, Mancherial from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the

RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013.

The Collector, Mancherial District shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
