EXEMPTION OF "PROVIDING PATHWAY TO HOUSING COLONY OF THE WEAKER SECTION PEOPLE

IN MAHABUBNAGAR TOWN" FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II

AND III OF THE RFCTLA & RR, ACT, 2013.

"In accordance with the provisions contained in Section 10A(c) the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of

Telangana Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest exempt "Providing

Pathway to Housing Colony of the Weaker Section People in Mahabubnagar Town" for acquisition of land

from the application of provision of Chapter-II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act. It is also certified that the

all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land acquired for the said work.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Mahabubnagar shall take further necessary action in the matter.
