EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT I.E., "CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BROAD GUAGE RAILWAY LINE

FROM AKKANNAPET TO MEDAK" FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF

CHAPTERR-II & III RFCTLA & RR ACT, 2013.

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public

interest, exempt the Railway project " Construction of New Broad Guage Railway Line from Akkannapet to Medak"

from the application of the provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013." It is also

certified that the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Medak shall take further necessary action in the matter.
