FOR DEBT RELIEF (SMALL FARMERS, AGRICULTURAL LABOURERS AND RURAL ARTISANS)

ACT, 2016.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (3) of Section 1of the Telangana State Commission for

Debt Relief (Small Rarmers, Agricultural Labourers and Rural Artisans) Act, 2016 (Act No. 12 of 2016), the

Governor of Telangana hereby appoints the 13^th day of March, 2018, as the date on which the said Act, shall come

into force.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Telangana State Commission

for Debit Relief (Small Rarmers, Agricultural Labourers and Rural Artisans) Act, 2016 (Act No. 12 of 2016), the

Government hereby constitute the Telangana State Commission for Debt Relief (Small Farmers, Agricultural Labourers

and Rural Artisans) under the Chairmanship of retired High Court Judge with the members not exceeding four, for the

purpose of exercising the powers and performing the functions under this Act.
