EXEMPTION OF PROJECT i.e. “FORMATION OF APPROACH ROAD TO MAIN WORK i.e.

CONSTRUCTION OF HLB ACROSS MANJEERA RIVER FROM DHARMAREDDY TO

MUDDAPUR VIA VENKAMPALLY ROAD PR ROAD IN NIZAMABAD DISTRICT.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR

( Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the project

i.e. “Formation of approach road to main work i.e Construction of HLB across Manjeera River from Dharmareddy

to Muddapur via Venkampally road PR Road in Nizamabad District (Newly formed Kamareddy District, from

the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”. It is also certified that the

all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.

EXEMPTION FOR THE PROJECTS UNDER NH IN THE STATE OF TELANGANA FOR (4 WORKS)

FROM THE APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS OF THE CHAPTER-II AND CHAPTER-III OF THE

RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec. 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, The

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest exempt the following (4) projects from the

application of the provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III i.e. from Social Impact Assessment of the Act (SIA),

under Voluntary Acquisition and Lump-sum payment towards Rehabilitation and Resettlement under New Land

Acquisition Act No. 21 of 2017 (Telangana Amendment Act). It is also certified that all efforts have been made in

finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said projects.

Sub Work:

* An extent of 13600 Sq.mtrs. of land is required or Construction of Additional lanes and Static Weigh

Bridge at user fee Plaza & Km.54/216.

and

(ii)

Improvement, Operation & Maintenance from Km.22.300 (Thondupally) to Km.34.140 (Farooqnagar)

of Hyderabad - Bangalore Section of NH-7 in the State of Telangana (under Operation & Maintenance

stage. For taking up permanent rectification of Black Sports (i.e., TG-073, TG-074 & TG-075)).

and

Sub Work:

* Construction VUP at TG-075 (Junction with ORR link road on NH-44 at Palamakula ) and

* Junction Development at TG-073 & TG-074 (Ghansmiyaguda & Madanapally Tanda) at least 60m

ROW is required against existing 25 to 30 m ROW.

The Regional Officer, NHAI, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
