THROUGH ACT NO.21 OF 2017 FOR THE PROJECTS UNDER NHAI IN THE STATE OF

TELANGANA FOR DE-NOTIFICATION OF (7 WORKS).

Government hereby de notify the following (7) projects, which were earlier Notified for exemption from the

application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), and Notified

vide G.O.Rt.No.20, TR&B (R1) Dept., Dated:12.01.2018, and published vide Notification No.20, Dated:18.01.2018.

1. Four/Six laning of Sangareddy – Nanded – Akola Section of NH-161.

2. Four/Six laning of Mancherial (Junction of NH-63) to Chandrapur in Maharastra (upto Telangana / Karnataka

Border) Section of NH-363.

3. Four/Six laning of Jagtial – Karimnagar – Warangal Section of NH-563.

4. Four/Six laning of Hyderabad – Manneguda Section of NH-365BB.

5. Four/Six laning of Khammam – Ashwaraopet Section of NH-365BB.

6. Four/Six laning of Jadcherla – Deosugur Section of NH-167.

7. Four/Six laning of Armoor – Jagtial and Jagtial – Ramagundam Section (NH-63 & NH-563).

The Regional Officer, National Highways Authority of India, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the

matter accordingly.
