“TELANGANA JANA SAMITHI” - PROPOSAL FOR REGISTRATION AS A POLITICAL PARTY FOR

CONTESTING IN LOCAL BODY ELECTIONS - OBJECTIONS CALLED FOR FROM GENERAL

PUBLIC.

Lr No.115/ TSEC-L/2018.- Notice is hereby given to the general public that one Sri Ambati Srinivas,

R/o. Hyderabad intends to register a political party without reserved symbol with the State Election Commission,

Telangana, under the name and style of “TELANGANA JANA SAMITHI” with location of its head office at

Door No. 7-1-215/E, Balkampet, Near Nature Cure Hospital, Hyderabad-500016 under the Registration of Political

parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2001, adopted by the State Election Commission, Telangana, Hyderabad

vide Notification No. 152/TSEC-L/2015, dt:04.05.2015, and amended upto dt:25.03.2017. The main office bearers

of the Party are, Sri Ambati Srinivas, President; Smt R. Laxmi, Vice President, Sri Botla Bikshapathi,

General Secretary and Smt K. Indira, Secretary; Objections, if any, for such registration from the general

public or any political party, shall be sent to the Secretary, State Election Commission, Telangana, 1^st Floor, DTCP

Building, Opp: PTI Building, A.C. Guards, Hyderabad - 500 004 within 15 days from the date of publication of

this notice. If no objections are received within the time stipulated, the Commission Will Process to register

“TELANGANA JANA SAMITHI” as a Political Party to contest elections to Local Bodies (Sthanika Samsthalu)

held on party basis in Telangana State.
