CONSTITUTION OF SEPARATE AGRICULTURAL MARKET COMMITTEE, MADDULAPALLI

DULY BIFURCATING FROM THE NOTIFIED AREA OF AGRICULTURE MARKET

COMMITTEE, KHAMMAM, KHAMMAM DISTRICT.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Telangana ( Agricultural Produce

and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 ( Act No. 16 of 1966) read with clause (c) of sub-section (4) of section (3) of the

said Act and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O. Ms. No. 2095, Food & Agriculture (Agri. IV)

Department, Dated 29^th October, 1968 and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 7^th November, 1968 -

Part-II, Miscellaneous Notification at pages 1035 to 1039. the Government of Telangana hereby declares to separate

the Thirumalayapalem and Khammam Rural Mandals from the notified area of Agriculture Market Committee,

Khammam, Khammam District the area comprising as specified in Annexure-I to be a separate notified area of

Agricultural Market Committee, Maddulapally as shown in Annexure-II and notified area of Agriculture Market

Committee, Khammam, Khammam District after exclusion of Thirumalayapalem and Khammam Rural Mandals as

specified in Annexure-III for the purpose of the said Act for regulating the purchase and sale in respect of Agricultural

Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock specified in Schedule-II of the Notification referred to above and

other commodities added to the said list from time to time read with G.O.Ms.No. 286. A & C Dept., Dt: 5.7.1994.

The intention to make such declaration has been previously published in Part-I, Extraordinary Issue of the Telangana

Gazette No 37, Dated: 02.02.2018 vide G.O.Ms.No. 14, Agriculture and Cooperation (MKT.1) Department, Dated:

01.02.2018 as required in sub-section (1) of section-3 of the said Act.
