EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT I.E., CONSTRUCTION OF BHADRACHALAM - SATTUPALLI

NEW BG RAILWAY LINE IN BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM DISTRICT.

[G.O.Ms.No. 51, Transport, Roads and Buildings (Tr.S&V), 7^th April, 2018.]

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA & RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act.No. 21 of 2017), Government have decided and hereby exempt the Railway Project,

“Construction of Bhadrachalam-Sattupalli New BG Railway line in Bhadradri Kothagudem District”, from the

application of the provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013.” It is also certified that

the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project in the public interest.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Bhadradri Kothagudem shall take further necessary action in the matter.
