“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR

(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt

“Formation of (4) New Tanks in Sangareddy District”- Stage -I- (as tabled below) from the application of

the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”.
