COMMENCEMENT OF THE TELANGANA PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT, 2018 (ACT NO. 5 OF 2018).

[G.O.Ms.No. 22, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (Pts.III), 18^th April, 2018.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 1 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act,

2018 (Act No. 5 of 2018), the Governor of Telangana hereby appoints the 18^th April, 2018 as the date on which all the

provisions of the said Act, except Sections 6 ( 10), 34, 37 (6), 43 (10), 47 (4), 70 (4), 113 (4), 114 (2) and 141 shall

come into force in the whole of the State of Telangana.
