OF CRITERIA) RULES, 2013-REPEALING.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 326 read with clause

(42-a) of section 2 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act 6 of

1965), the Governor of Telangana hereby repeals the rules issued in

G.O.Ms.No.16, MA&UD (Elec.I) Department, Dated: 16-01-2013 and all

other relevant orders and notifications issued in the subject, in relation to the

State of Telangana with immediate effect.
