EXEMPTION OF PROJECT “CONSTRUCTION OF ROB IN KM 1/6-8 ON KOREPALLY - TEKURTHY

ROAD IN LIEU OF L.C.NO. 24 @ RAILWAY KM 325/16-14 ON KAZIPET-BALLARSHA SECTION

IN KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT”.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA & RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act.No. 21 of 2017), Government hereby, exempt the Project, “Construction of ROB

in Km. 1/6-8 on Korepally - Tekurthy Road in lieu of L.C.No.24 @ Railway Km. 325/16-14 on Kazipet -

Ballarsha section in Karimnagar District”, from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the

RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013, to the extent of land required i.e. (Acre 2.08).

The Chief Engineer (R&B) D&P, LWE & RSW., Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
