DISTRICT”, FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHAPTER II AND III OF

THE RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013 UNDER THE RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY

IN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT (TELANGANA AMENDMENT)

ACT, 2016”.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR

( Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the project i.e.

“Construction of HLB across Wyra River connecting Rayapatnam - Illur road at km 3/2-4 and Dendukur-Chilkur

road km 2/2-4 in Khammam District, from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR

Act, 2013”.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.

THE RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION,

REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT (TELANGANA AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016-EXEMPTION

OF CERTAIN PROJECTS IN KHAMMAM DISTRICT”, FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE

PROVISIONS OF THE CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013 ”.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR

( Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the following

projects in Khammam District, from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act,

2013”. It is also certified that all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the

above project.
