Under Clauses (a) (b) and (c) of sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and
Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act No. 16 of 1966), the Government of Telangana, hereby direct the Market
Committee specified in column (3) of the Annexure to establish a market / Markets at the place / places specified
in column (5) and notified area in column (6) thereof, for the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, Live Stock
and product of Live Stock specified in Schedule - II to the Food and Agriculture Department notification issued in
G.O.Ms.No. 2095, Dated: 29.10.1968 and published at pages 1035-1039 of part-II of the Andhra Pradesh
Gazette No.44, Dated: 07.11.1968 read with G.O.Ms.No. 286, Agriculture & Co-operation (Mktg.I) Department
Dt: 05.07.1994 Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. After establishment of New Mosambi Market, S.L.B.C.,
Gandhamvarigudem under Agricultural Market Committee, Nalgonda will be as shown in the Annexure.
