EXEMPTION OF ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES (AIIMS) FROM THE APPLICATION

OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the All India Institute of

Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Bibinagar from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the

RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013.

The Collector, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
