“In exercise of the provisions contained in Section 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency
in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR) Act, 2013 in its application to the State of
Telangana, Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in public interest, exempt the following lands required
for the Coal mining projects, from the application of provisions of Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act :
