WARANGAL URBAN DISTRICT - EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT I.E., “SETTING UP OF
WAGON PERIODICAL OVER HAULING WORKSHOP AT KAZIPET”, FROM THE
APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER -II & III RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana
Amendment) Act, 2016. (Act.No. 21 of 2017), Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public
interest, exempt the Railway Project, i.e., “Setting up of Wagon Periodical Over Hauling Workshop at Kazipet”,
from the application of the provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013.” It is also
certified that the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.
Accordingly, the District Collector, Warangal (Urban) shall take further necessary action in the matter.
EXEMPTION FO CERTAIN PROJECTS IN ADILABAD DISTRICT FROM THE APPLICATION OF
THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana
Amendment) Act, 2016. (Act.No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the following projects
in Adilabad District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013. It
is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above
project.
