CREATION OF CYBER CRIME POLICE STATION AT COMMISSIONERATE OF POLICE,

RACHAKONDA - DEFINING THE JURISDICTION.

In exercise of the powers conferred Section 4 of the Hyderabad City Police Act, 1348 F, read with

clause (s) of Section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) the Government of

Telangana, hereby create Cyber Crimes Police Station for Rachakonda Police Commissionerate and declares

that with effect from the date of issue of this notification, the jurisdiction of the said Cyber Crime Police

Station will be the entire limits of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate.
