NOTIFICATION FOR PROVISION OF CANTEEN IN THE FACTORIES-ENFORCEMENT OF SECTION 46

OF THE FACTORIES ACT, 1948 READ WITH RULES 65 TO 71 OF THE TELANGANA FACTORIES

RULES, 1950.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (1) of Rule 65 of the Telangana Factories Rules, 1950,

the Government of Telangana hereby appoint the date of publication of this notification in the Telangana State

Gazette as the date on which the provisions of rules 65 to 71 of the said rules shall come into force in respect of the

factories mentioned in the schedule below:-
