ACQUISITION OF LAND TO AN EXTENT OF 0.26 GTS. IN AYYAGARIPALLY (V), KURVI (M),

MAHABUBABAD DISTRICT. UNDER RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY

IN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT (TELANGANA

AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016.

"In exercise of the Provisions contained in Sec. 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR) Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana,

the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the TSTRANSCO for acquisition

of land to an extent of 0.26 gts. in Sy.No. 462/2, Ayyagaripally (V), Kurvi (M), Mahabubabad District for construction

of 132 kv Bays and Bus extensions for 132 kv Sub-Station Nellikudur and other projects Bays adjacent to existing

132/33 kv Ayyagaripally sub-station, from the application of provisions of Chapter II and III of Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 as amended in

Act No. 21 of 2017.

It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land required for

the said project.

The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana State and the Chairman and Managing Director,

Singareni Colleries Company Limited, shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
