EXEMPTION OF GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, SURYAPET FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE

PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A in Chapter III.A of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21

of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the acquisition of land for Government Medical College at

Suryapet from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013.

The Collector, Suryapet District shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
