RULES AMENDMENT TO JAILS SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES.

[G.O.Ms.No.54, HOME (Legal - A1), 24^th May, 2018.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of

Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Telangana Jails Subordinate Service Rules issued in

G.O.Ms.No.514, Home (Prisons.A) Department, dated: 23-11-1993 and as subsequently amended from time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules., in Sub-rule (b) of Rule 12, the words and figures “and must not be less than 45.5 Kgs. in

weight shall be deleted”

The Director General of Prisons & Correctional Services, Telangana State, Hyderabad shall take further

necessary action accordingly.
