EXEMPTION OF PROJECT i.e “FORMATION APPROACHES TO THE WORK OF CONSTRUCTION OF 4
LANE HLB AT KM. 3/2-4 OF VEMULAWADA BRANCH ROAD (MULAVAGU) IN KARIMNAGAR
DISTRICT NOW IN RAJANNA - SIRCILLA DISTRICT”, FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA & RR ACT, 2013.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA &RR (Telangana
Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e “Formation
approaches to the work of Construction of 4 lane HLB at Km. 3/2-4 of Vemulawada Branch road (Mulavagu) in
Karimnagar District now in Rajanna-Sircilla District”, from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of
the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”.
The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,
accordingly.
PROHIBITION OF STRIKES IN THE TELANGANA STATE ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION FOR A
FURTHER PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS WITH EFFECT FROM 01.06.2018.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Telangana Essential Services
Maintenance Act, 1971 (Act 20 of 1971), the Government of Telangana hereby extend the prohibition of strikes for
a further period of six months with effect from 01.06.2018 in any service under the Telangana State Road Transport
Corporation (TSRTC) constituted under the Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950 (Act 64 of 1950).
