EXEMPTION OF PROJECT i.e “WIDENING AND STRENGTHENING OF THE THRUKABOLLARAM TO

BASWAPUR ROAD FROM Km O/O TO 15/5 IN RANGA REDDY DISTRICT NOW IN MEDCHAL-

MALKAJGIRI DISTRICT”, FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND

III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA &RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e “Widening

and strengthing of the Thrukabollaram to Baswapur road from KmO/O to 15/5 in Ranga Reddy District now in

Medchal-Malkajgiri District”, from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act,

2013”.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.

EXEMPTION OF PROJECT FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III

OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

In accordance with the provisions contained in Section 10A(e) of the Right to fair compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the state of Telangana, the

Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the project “Construction of ROB in

Km 7/6-8 on Huzurabad - Parkal Road in lieu of L.C.No.14 Railway Km 342/19-21 between Uppal-Jammikunta

Railway station on Kazipet-Ballarsa section in Warangal Urban District”, from the application of the provisions of

Chapter II and III RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013.

The Chief Engineer (R&B) D&P, LWE & RSW., Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
