APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATES IN KHAMMAM DISTRICT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 13 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), Govt. hereby appoint the following candidates mentioned
in column (2) of the table as Special Metropolitan Magistrates in Khammam District at the stations mentioned
against their names, for a period of two (2) years, from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till they
attain the age of (65) sixty five years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of Rs. 15,000/-
(Rupees fifteen thousand only) per month, as per the existing rules:

If the individual refuses or does not join within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the
appointment orders, he/she shall forfeit his/her claim to the post of Special Judicial Magistrate of
Second Class;
