Government hereby rescind the G.O.Rt.No.20, TR&B (RI) Department, Dt. 18.01.2018, and published

vide Gazette Notification No.20, Dated: 18.01.2018, which was earlier Notified for exemption of (9) project,

from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017).

The Regional Officer, National Highways Authority of India, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the

matter, accordingly.
