PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section

64 of the Factories Act, 1948, it is proposed to extend the applicability of

Rule 84 of the Telangana Factories Rules, 1950 for a further period of (5)

all the persons likely to be affected thereby as required under sub-section (1)

of Section 115 of the said Act.

Notice is hereby given that any objections or suggestions in respect of

the extension of applicability of Rule 84 of the Telangana Factories Rules,

1950 as proposed above, which may be received within the period of two

(2) months from the date of publication of this notification in the Telangana

Gazette, will be considered by the Government of Telangana before taking

a final decision in the matter.

Objections or suggestions should be addressed to the Director of

Factories, Telangana Hyderabad.
