NOTIFICATION OF DRUGS INSPECTORS UNDER SUB - RULE (2)

OF RULE 18 OF MEDICAL DEVICES RULES, 2016.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 18 of

the Medical Devices Rules, 2017, the Governor of Telangana hereby designate

Drugs Inspectors appointed under section 21 of the Drugs and Cosmetics

Act, 1940 (Central Act 23 of 1940) of Drugs Control Administration,

Telangana State as "Medical Device Officers" in their respective

jurisdiction / District in Telangana State.
