AT PUTNOOR (V), PALAKURTHY (M) DULY BIFURCATING FROM THE NOTIFIED AREA

OF AGRICULTURE MARKET COMMITTEE, PEDDAPALLY, PEDDAPALLY DISTRICT -

DECLARATION OF NOTIFIED AREA UNDER THE TELANGANA (AGRICULTURAL

PRODUCE AND LIVE STOCK) MARKETS ACT, 1966 - FINAL NOTIFICATION.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Telangana (Agricultural

Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act No. 16 of 1966) read with clause (c) of sub-section (4) of

section (3) of the said act and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 2095, Food & Agriculture

(Agri.IV) Department, Dated: 29^th October, 1968 and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 7^th November,

1968 - Part-II, miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Government of Telangana hereby declare to

separate the Ramagundam, Anthergoan and Palakurthy Mandals from the notified area of Agriculture Market

Committee, Peddapally, Peddapally District the area comprising as specified in Annexure-I to be a separate notified

area of Agricultural Market Committee, Ramagundam HQRS. at Putnoor (V), Palakurthy Mandal as shown in

Annexure-II and notified area of Agriculture Market Committee, Peddapally District after exclusion of Ramagundam,

Anthergoan and Palakurthy Mandals as specified in Annexure-III for the purpose of the said Act for regulating the

purchase and sale in respet of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock specified in Schedule-II of

the Notification referred to above and other commodities added to the said list from time to time read with

G.O.Ms.No.286, A & C Dept., dated: 05-07-1994. The intention to make such declaration has been previously

published in Part - I Extroardinary Issue of the Telangana Gazette No. 324, Dated: 24-11-2017 vide G.O.Ms.No. 56,

Agriculture and Cooperation (MKT.I) Department, Dated : 20-11-2017 as required in sub-section (1) of section-3 of

the said Act.

Agriculture Market Committee, Thungathurthy H.Q. at Thirumalgiri, Suryapet District after exclusion of Tirumalagiri,

Nagaram and Jajireddygudem Mandals as specified in Annexure-III for the purpose of the said Act for regulating the

purchase and sale in respet of Agriculture Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock specified in Schedule-II of

the Notification referred to above and other commodities added to the said list from time to time read with

G.O.Ms.No.286, A & C Dept., dated: 05-07-1994. The intention to make such declaration has been previously

published in Part - I Extroardinary Issue of the Telangana Gazette No. 50, Dated: 12-02-2018 vide G.O.Ms.No. 16,

Agriculture and Cooperation (MKT.I) Department, Dated : 07-02-2018 as required in sub-section (1) of section-3 of

the said Act.
