APPOINTMENT OF SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL, JUDGE (RETIRED), HIGH COURT OF

JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD AS PRESIDENT OF THE TELANGANA STATE CONSUMER

DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, HYDERABAD.

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (a) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (3) of Section

16 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, the Government of Telangana in consultation with the acting Chief

Justice, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh

hereby appoint Sri Justice M.S.K. Jaiswal, Judge (Retired), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad as President

of the Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad on full time basis for a period of 5

(five years) from the date on which he assumes charge or till he attains the age of 67 years whichever is earlier.
