EXEMPTION OF PROJECT i.e "CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE AT KM. 0/0-6 ON EDULUR-

TAKKELLAPADU ROAD IN NALGONDA DISTRICT", FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE

PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA & RR ACT, 2013.

[G.O.Ms. No. 67, Transport, Roads & Buildings (R.II), 08^Th June, 2018.]

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e

"Construction of Bridge at Km. 0/0-6 on Edulur-Takkellapadu road in Nalgonda District", from the application of

the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013". It is also certified that the all efforts have

been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
