EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT i.e. “CONSTRUCTION OF 3^rd LINE BETWEEN KAZIPET AND

KONDAPALLI STATIONS IN THE LIMITS OF KAZIPET AND KHILA WARANGAL MANDAL

IN WARANGAL (URBAN) DISTRICT” FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF

CHAPTER II AND III RFCTLA & RR ACT, 2013”.

[G.O. Ms. No. 68, Transport, Roads & Buildings (Tr. S&V), 12th June, 2018.]

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA & RR

( Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in

the public interest exempt Railway Project, “Construction of 3^rd line between Kazipet and Kondapalli stations in

the limits of Kazipet and Khila Warangal Mandal in Warangal (Urban) District” from the application of the

provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013.” It is also certified that the all efforts have been

made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Warangal (Urban) District shall take further necessary action in the

matter.
