APPOINTMENT OF SRI K. RAMESH S/o LATE RAMA SWAMY, DISTRICT JUDGE (RETD,) AS

MEMBER (JUDL.) OF TELANGANA STATE CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION,

HYDERABAD.

In exercise of the powers conferred u/s. 16 (1-A) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, the Government

hereby appoint Sri K. Ramesh S/o late Rama Swamy, District Judge (Retd.) as Member (Judl.) of Telangana State

Consumber Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad.

The above appointment shall be on full time basis. The Member of Telangana State Consumer Disputes

Redressal Commission shall hold office for a period of five years or up to the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.

He shall perform the duties and discharge the functions in accordance with the provisions of the C.P. Act, 1986 as

amended from time to time and rules made there under.

The Member of Telangana State Comsumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, shall draw a sum

of Rs. 51,550/- (Rupees fifty one thousand five hundred and fifty only) per month towards honorarium during the

term of office. He shall not be entited for Travelling allowance or conveyance allowance for attending the office

from his place of residence during his term of office.
