“In exercise of the provisions contained in Sec. 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, Government

have decided and accordingly hereby, in public interest, exempt Ac.0.16 gts required for laying approach road from

existing road to site of proposed 132 / 33 KV Substation at Peechara Village of Velair Mandal, Warangal Urban

District from the application of provisions of the Chapter II and III of the Act:

It is also certified that all the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for

laying approach road from existing road to site of proposed 132 / 33 KV Substation at Peechara Village of Velair

Mandal, Warangal Urban District.

The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA), Telangana State and the Chairman and Managing

Director, TSTRANSCO shall take necessary action accordingly in the matter.
