EXEMPTION OF THE MISSION BHAGIRATHA PROJECT IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF TELANGANA

FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RIGHT TO

FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION

AND RESETTLEMENT ACT, 2013.

“ In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 10A in Chapter IIIA of the Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013

(as amended by the Telangana State amendment Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana

hereby exempt the Mission Bhagiratha Project in the entire State of Telangana from the application

of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No. 30 of 2013)”.
