In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all

other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Telangana, hereby makes the following Adhoc Rules for (13)

3. Applicability of General Rules: The Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 which are not

inconsistent with these Rules and to the extent not covered by these Rules, shall apply to the Service.
