EXEMPTION OF PROJECT i.e. “CONSTRUCTION OF HLB ACROSS KAGNA RIVER NEAR

JEEVANGI VILLAGE AT BASHEERABAD-KARMKOTE ROAD INCLUDING FORMATION

OF THE MISSING LINK IN RANGA REDDY DISTRICT”.

[G.O.Ms.No. 71, Transport, Roads and Buildings (R.II), 30^th June, 2018.]

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA & RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act.No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e.

“Construction of HLB across Kagna River near Jeevangi Village at Km. 5/0-8 on Basheerabad-Karmkote road

including formation of the missing link from Km.5/8 to 9/0 in Ranga Reddy District”, from the application of the

provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013”. It is also certified that the all efforts have been

made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R & B) S.R & CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
