LABOURERS AND RURAL ARTISANS) CONSTITUTED UNDER SECTION 3 (1) OF THE ACT NO. 12

OF 2016.

Government, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) read with sub section (2) of Section 3

of the Telangana State Commission for Debt Relief (Small Farmers, Agricultural Labourers and Rural Artisans) Act,

2016 (Act No. 12 of 2016) (Ordinance No. 1/2018), hereby nominate Sri Nagurla Venkateswarlu S/o. Sri Rajeshwar

Rao, as the chairman of the Telangana State Commission for Debt Relief (Small Farmers, Agricultural Labourers and

Rural Artisans) with immediate effect for the purpose of exercising the powers and performing the functions under this

Act.
