AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION No.11/2018-STATE TAX (RATE) TO THE TELANGANA GOODS

AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017.

[G.O.Ms. No. 161, Revenue (CT-II), 10th August, 2018.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Telangana Goods and Services

Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.23 of 2017), the State Government on the recommendations of the Commissioner of State

Tax, Telangana, Hyderabad, hereby makes the following amendments to the notification 11 of 2018 issued in G.O.Ms.

No. 123, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dated: 26-06-2018.

AMENDMENTS

In the said G.O. in notification 11 of 2018, in Para 1,-

"for the words, "for sub-section (1) of Section 11" the words, "for sub-section (3) of Section 9" shall be

substituted."
