CREATION OF NEW CIRCLE POLICE STATION AT NARKETPALLY AND BY INCLUDING THE

CHITYALA PS OF NALGONDA DISTRICT TELANGANA STATE–DEFINING THE JURISDICTION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of Section 2 of Code of Criminal Procedure,

1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor of Telangana hereby declares that with effect on and from

the date of issue of this notification, the Police Stations specified in Col.No. (5) of the schedule below

shall cease to be included in the Police Districts, Police Sub-divisions and Police Circles mentioned in

Col No.s (2), (3), and (4) respectively and shall hereafter form part of the area of Police Circles, Police

Sub-Divisions and Police District mentioned in Col. Nos. (6), (7), (8) respectively thereof:-
