DOUBLE LANE CONNECTING MANDAL HEAD QUARTERS TO DISTRICT HEAD QUARTERS

FROM KM 3/0 TO 39/3 ON VIKARABAD - TANDUR ROAD IN RANGA REDDY DISTRICT”, FROM

THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT,

2013.

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA &RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the project i.e “Widening

and strengthening the existing single lane to double lane connecting Mandal Head Quarters to District Head Quarters

from Km 3/0 to 39/3 on Vikarabad - Tandur road in Ranga Reddy District” in Ranga Reddy District”, from the

application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013”. It is also certified that the all

efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above project.

The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) S.R&CRN Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
