DRAFT VARIATION TO THE CLU TO KARIMNAGAR MUNICIPAL. CORPORATION - REALIGNMENT
OF 40’-0” PROPOSED MASTER PLAN ROAD FROM A, B TO A1, B1 IN BHAGATHNAGAR,
KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT.

The following draft variation to the Karimnagar General Town Planning Scheme, the Master Plan of which
was sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 555, MA, Dated: 16-10-1998 and it is proposed to make in exercise of the
powers conferred by clause under sub-section (2) of Section 15 of Telangana Town Planning Act, 1920 (Act VII
of 1920) is hereby published as required by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of the said Section.
Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of (15) days from the date
of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be
received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government
of Telangana. Objections or suggestions should be addressed to Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal
Administration and Urban Development Department, Telangana, Hyderabad.
DRAFT VARIATION
The site in Sy.No. 1103 of Bhagathnagar Locality of Karimnagar Municipality. The boundaries of which are
shown in the schedule hereunder and which is earmarked in the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of
Karimnagar sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 555, M.A., Dated: 16-10-1998, is now proposed to be re-aligned along
the proposed 40’-0” wide Master Plan road along the existing 40’-0” wide road earmarked A-A1-B1-B in the
revised part proposed land use map in GTP No. 03/2018/W available in the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation
subject to the following conditions that;

The applicant shall pay development charges as per G.O.Ms.No. 225, Dated: 30.08.2016 to the Karimnagar
Minicipal Corporation before the confirmation orders from the Government.
