In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 585

read with sub-section, (1) of Section 93 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal

Corporation Act, 1955 (AP Act No. II of 1956), the Governor of Telangana

hereby repeals the rules issued in G.O.Ms.No. 59 MA & UD (UBS)

Department, Dated : 10-02-2010 with immediate effect.
