EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT I.E., "CONSTRUCTION OF 3^rd LINE WITH ELECTRIFICATION

BETWEEN KONDAPALLI - KAZIPET SECTIONS IN THE LIMITS OF YERRUPALEM AND

MADHIRA MANDALS IN KHAMMAM DISTRICT".

[G.O.Ms. No. 76, Transport, Roads & Buildings (Tr. S&V), 20^th August, 2018.]

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government have decided and accordingly hereby exempt the

Railway project, "Construction of 3^rd line with electrification between Kondapalli - Kazipet sections in the limits of

Yerrupalem and Madhira Mandals in Khammam District", from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and

Chapter-III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013." It is also certified that the efforts have been made in finalizing the

minimum extent of land required for the said project.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Khammam District shall take further neessary action in the matter.
