In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984), the

Government of Telangana, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of

Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, hereby assigns the local areas as specified in Column

No.(3) of the Table below over which the Family Court at Malkajgiri, shall exercise its jurisdiction:
