CONSTITUTION OF SEPARATE AGRICULTURAL MARKET COMMITTEE, SHALIGOWRARAM,

NALGONDA DISTRICT - ESTABLISHMENT OF MARKET IN THE NOTIFIED AREA UNDER

SECTION 4 (1), (3) (a) & (b) OF TELANGANA (AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE AND LIVE STOCK)

MARKETS ACT, 1966.

[G.O.Ms. No. 88, Agriculture and Co-operation (MKT-I), 4th September, 2018.]

I.– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce

and Livestock) Market Act, 1966 (Act No. 16 of 1966), the Government of Telangana hereby constitute a separate

Agriculture Market Committee, Shaligowraram in Nalgonda District, by name specified in column (3) of the Annexure

below with Head Quarters at the place specified in column (4) thereof. It shall come into effect from the date of taking

charge by the Person-in-Charge of the said Committee.

II.– In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Telangana

(Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act No.16 of 1966), the Government of Telangana, hereby

directs the Market Committee specified in column (3) of Annexure below to establish Markets at the places specified

in column (5) thereof for the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock specified

in Schedule-II to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095, Food and Agriculture Department, Dated: 29-10-1968

and published at pages 1035-1039 of Part-II of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No. 44, Dated 7-11-1968 read with

G.O.Ms.No.286, Agriculture & Co-operation Department, dated 5-7-1994 and also other commodities added to the

said list from time to time.

below with Head Quarters at the place specified in column (4) thereof. It shall come into effect from the date of taking

charge by the Person-in-Charge of the said Committee.

II.– In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Telangana

(Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act No. 16 of 1966), the Government of Telangana, hereby

directs the Market Committee specified in column (3) of Annexure below to establish Markets at the places specified

in column (5) thereof for the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock specified

in Schedule-II to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095, Food and Agriculture Department, Dated: 29-10-1968

and published at pages 1035 -1039 of Part-II of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.44, Dated 7-11-1968 read with
